  • Q:How do you exercise your dog during the winter?
  • A:

Fortunately, I live in California, so I can easily exercise my dog regardless of the season. I take her to the local off leash dog park where she can run, fetch a ball, and play with other dogs.

  • Q:What are some home made cat treats?
  • A:

I think one of the easiest home made cat treats is a little bite of canned tuna. I also give my kitty a taste of plain yogurt a couple times a week to help ease her stomach issues.

  • Q:What’s the best cat flea treatment?
  • A:

When my Maine Coon cat had fleas after we boarded her, we took her to the vet, who prescribed a medicated flea bath. It did a great job of clearing it up.

  • Q:What can you do to stop dog snoring?
  • A:

I own an Australian Blue Heeler and it had a snoring problem. I went to the vet and he told us that it is not drinking enough water. I have been giving it more water, and now it is not snoring as much.

  • Q:How do you stop a cat from biting her cast?
  • A:

Try wrapping the cast with something unpleasant to bite, like tin foil or black electrical tape. If that doesn't work, try an unpleasant taste like vinegar or cayenne pepper mixed with water.
