Question:

What sort of dog nutritional supplements do you use and why?

Answer:

I own three Boxers, a Lab mix, and a Pit mix. My dogs get 3000mg of fish oil daily for healthy skin and coats, plus my senior Boxer gets Doggone Pain for her arthritis. Since she has had a mast cell tumor in the past, she also gets a Benadryl 3 -4 times a week.

Answer:

There is a brand called Dr. Jones that I give to my dogs. It is supposed to help them be healthier and live longer. So far I haven't had any problems with their health. I give it to both my Great Dane/St. Bernard mix and my white German Shephard. They really like it and think they are getting a special treat in their food. I figure I need vitamins and dietary supplements so my dogs do, too.

Answer:

I own an old Dalmatian and I give her Glucosamine condritent. It helps her so much that she can climb stairs and steal food off the counter again.

Answer:

I have an Australian Shepherd who had dry skin. After giving her Flax oil daily, her skin is less dry and her coat is very shiny.
