What's the best type of cat litter?

-
By: Pet Vet El Segundo, CA
Replied on 04/20/2011Many owners prefer any brand of non-scented clumping cat litter. Clumping is important as it makes it easy to keep the litter box clean. Try to always choose non-scented due to cats' sensitive noses. You don't want to give them any reason to dislike the litter box.

Hissing, agressive cat toward neighbors
My 15 year old cat has started going to the neighbors home and creating a "stand down" barring his teeth and hissing at them, not letting them pass. He comes home and acts the way he has for 15 years. The neighbors have recently added 2 outdoor cats who are fed on their porch. Any suggestions? These are the same neighbors who care for our cats when we travel.

How to punish when training a kitten?
We've had the kitten 3 days and she uses her litter box. Yesterday she messed in my bed and on my couch. What should I do? Also can I feed a kitten imitation crab meat?
