1. Raw Meat Mix
- 2 lbs ground meat
- 4 to 8 oz. raw organ meat
- 1 cup apple cider vinegar
- 4 cups ground or pureed vegetables
- 6 eggs with the shells
- 2 tbsp. ground kelp
- A bunch of parsley
1 cup yogurt
Mix all the ingredients well and store in the refrigerator. Serve chilled.
2. Beef (Lamb) Stew
- 4 pints broth (chicken or beef)
- 4 tbsp. olive oil
- 6 potatoes
- 6 carrots
- 2 lbs. low fat beef (lamb)
4 sticks of celery
Pour olive oil in a saucepan and heat. Add the meat and cook till it becomes brown. Add broth and stew the meat for 45 minutes. Then add the vegetables and cook the mixture till the food softens. Cool and serve.
3. Chicken and Rice
- 2 cups boiled chicken
- 1 cup cooked brown rice
- 1 cup steamed vegetables such as carrots, beans, peas, spinach and potatoes
- 8 tbsp. chicken broth
Cook the rice and keep aside. Then boil the chicken and add to the rice. Add steamed vegetables and chicken broth and simmer for 10 minutes. Cool and serve.
4. Salmon and Pasta
- 1 steak of salmon
- ½ cup cooked pasta
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 4 tbsp. chicken broth
- ½ cup steamed vegetables such as carrots and spinach
Add olive oil to a frying pan and sauté the salmon steak for 5 minutes. Cook pasta and add it to the salmon. Then add the chicken broth and steamed vegetables to the mixture and simmer for 10 minutes. Cool and serve.
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 6 cups water
- 2 cups brown rice
- ½ cup frozen vegetables such as broccoli, carrots and cauliflowers
- 1 tsp. dried rosemary
Take a large saucepan and add water, ground turkey, rice and rosemary. Stir until the ground turkey is distributed evenly in the mixture. Bring it to a boil and then simmer for 20 minutes. Then add the frozen vegetables and cook for another 5 minutes. Cool and serve.
